Can I do this mindful eating program if I follow a special diet for health reasons?
Absolutely. The Done With Diets Mindset Makeover and mindful eating in general is suitable for people who must follow a specific food plan for health reasons (such as diabetes, celiac disease, heart disease, etc) or by choice (vegetarian, Mediterranean, etc). Intentional food restriction outside of these conditions, however, is contrary to the premise of the Done With Diets course and mindful eating in general. 
Is this a women-only program?
Mindful eating is for everyone—and the concepts taught in the Done With Diets Mindset Makeover know no gender. Everyone is welcome to participate in any of my programs.
Will I lose weight on this program?
Mindful eating and the Done With Diets course is not a weight loss plan. However, it's quite possible that your weight may adjust downward once you begin integrating mindful eating into your life. Weight loss is not the main focus, but sometimes people find that weight comes off when they become more in tune with their body's needs and signals. Food restriction, calorie counting and diet rules are not part of the mindful eating experience. However, there is "room" within mindful eating to pursue specific goals such as weight loss. For more instruction that pertains to weight loss and weight control with mindful eating techniques, I'd recommend the Mindful Eating FOR ME course, which is more in depth and covers topics and techniques related to weight control.  
Can I do this program with my child?
This mini-course is designed for adults, and because the content and some themes can be sensitive, it is not recommended for those under age 18. However, sharing mindful eating concepts at home and demonstrating the techniques is perfectly appropriate and may even be beneficial to children as they grow and learn to navigate their own food and body situations.
Is there more training available once I'm done with this program?
Yes! For additional mindful eating training and non-diet mindset support, you have the option to add on a Mindfulness Meditation Pack at checkout. It features multiple meditation recordings that I designed and recorded specifically to coordinate with your Done With Diets journey.
