Can I do this mindful eating program if I follow a special diet for health reasons?
Absolutely. The Done With Diets Mindset Makeover and mindful eating in general is suitable for people who must follow a specific food plan for health reasons (such as diabetes, celiac disease, heart disease, etc) or by choice (vegetarian, Mediterranean, etc). Intentional food restriction outside of these conditions, however, is contrary to the premise of the Done With Diets course and mindful eating in general. 
Will I lose weight on this program?
Mindful eating and the Done With Diets course is not a weight loss program, it's about shifting your mindset toward a more mindful way of eating. However, some people do find that their weight stabilizes or  adjusts downward once they begin integrating mindful eating into their lives consistently. Food restriction, calorie counting and diet rules are not part of the mindful eating experience. However, mindful eating may be used along with a sensible weight management program. 
How long does this program take?
This course is designed to take 4 weeks to complete (which includes the Prep Week). Of course, since you own it, you can take longer if you want. Mindful eating is learned through practice, so rushing through probably won't yield the results you desire. Part of the mindset shift this program is designed for is to help you value yourself and appreciate your efforts. For most people, taking the full month to finish the course is what works best for helping them let the concepts take root and the techniques sink in.  
Is there more training available once I'm done with this program?
Yes! For additional help and support you have the option to add on a Mindfulness Meditation Pack at checkout.
