Ok, back to the story: Finding mindful eating and becoming a certified mindful eating instructor and coach, as well as practicing mindful eating behaviors on a daily basis has brought so much good to my life. It's given me a sense of peace and calm around food. It's brought freedom back into my life—something I hadn't experienced since grade school.
